PROJECT MANAGEMENT
 

The CES Group project management methodology is based on the PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ®)

The methodology assists in all project phases in that it supports the conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility and execution phases within the project lifecycle.

The CES Group project management methodology is structured along the project management process groups including the knowledge areas covered in each group. Through past project experience, CES Group has developed various templates and tools based on best practises. These tools and templates are available for utilisation by our project managers for the benefit of our clients.

CES Group supports the notion of front end loading in terms of project development. This is crucial in determining the feasibility of a given project, in order to achieve corporative objectives. During this process, progressive elaboration is utilised to progress to the next level of required detail prior to committing resources and effort to the delivery of the final project deliverable/product. Integration management along with critical path management is used to ensure all project deliverables are delivered according to stakeholder expectations.
